What it does
- Send email from your own Outlook or Microsoft 365 address
- Read and reply to connected mailboxes in the Unified Inbox
- Check calendar availability for booking pages
- Add booked meetings to your calendar
How to connect
Step 1
Open Settings, then Connected applications
Step 2
Choose Email and calendar and sign in with Microsoft
Step 3
Pick what you want to use it for; you can disconnect at any time
Where you will see it
Use Microsoft with your CRM.
Create your workspace, then connect it from Settings.
